Networx Systems - ILLEGAL WAY OF DOING BUSINESS FOR CONTRACTORS! CERO POLICY FOR SERVICE STEALING MONEY
1) Sales rep. persuades you to sign up with Big amount of deposit, later on you get stuck with this credit that they steal from you by giving you random leads not the scope of work you sign up for and which you will never get refunded. All the sales rep wants is get his commission per customer that signs in, that's it! they dont give a damn about the actual service provided! playing with real people's living hiding behind their desk in Georgia. I spoke for HOURS with the same sales rep and WOW he can talk! about ANYTHING except answering fairly what you're asking! always going around.
2) To sign up, you have to give your CC/payment information first so they can charge you without receiving NO TRIAL or portal for you to see how the service actually works and this is when they trick you, because: a)The Leads you receive they say are live/real time, but, they just send them to you and AUTOMATICALLY charge the lead cost from your deposit. b) No Leads filters - The leads descriptions are POOR or NULL, Ex: Floor installation - technically you call the customer and find out they only want one small hallway to install the floor they already have, like what? what are we a Handyman for repairs? we signed up for construction work and remodeling, not 1 trade. Yes you have the option to choose the services but they do not split the services from installing/construction or repairs, so most of what you get are repairs. Another ex: Lead sent under "bath remodeling" the customer was a retail/commercial and wanted to paint 2 small half baths, chance 2 faucets and 2 sinks, like what? We said no commercial leads and yet they sent this. c) Crediting leads - they assure you, you can report the leads for credit/refund, but guess what? there is no category of the report for the repairs problem (continuing with the example) I reported them under "Wrong category" and they denied the credit every time, also there is no category for the type of Work-description related, real talk, there is no way to complaint and get your money back.
3) The "portal" does not work properly! let's start with the fact the sales rep does not explains you how it works.
I'm jewish and I keep shabbat and holidays, I paused the service for the holidays 3 days total and they sent 5 leads!! which they got automatically charged from the deposit, I called and spent hours on the phone explaining all the situation and they delayed to give me an answer to cancel and refund for a week! they give you BS like "our satellites are located in Israel they will review your calls with the sales rep. to proof you were misguided because other than that you don't have a case here" Without knowing im from Israel and they were actually lying *** me all the time.
4) They deactivated my account right away without answering me about the refund of the money I NEVER GOT TO LEGALLY AND FAIRLY TO USE! - 7 leads: 2 leads when I signed up on Friday 10/11/19 I spoke to these customers, the scope of work doesn't fit to my company (repairs) we paused our account for 3 days for 2 weeks in a row and spoke with this Agent Omni in between the holidays to cancel the account and get refunded. WE NEVER BOOK/SCHEDULE OR EVEN TALK TO THE 5 LEADS THEY SENT WILE OUR ACCOUNT WAS ON PAUSED AND WE WERE NOT AVAILABLE. WE DID NOT USE NOT EVEN 1 LEAD FROM THIS RIDICULOUS SERVICE AND YET THEY DEACTIVATED THE ACCOUNT AND STOLE OUR DEPOSIT!!
BTW: Thank God we signed up with the minimum deposit budget because it was too fishy for me - it is more about the upset of how every thing is a lie and how sales reps miss guide you for some thing that does not fit what you're looking for;
The sales rep. was aiming for me to sign up with $1,500 from start, I just imagine how many went through the same thing and are stuck with their money on this company, so disgusting way to do business/
Stealing from contractors and companies making a living!

I spoke with a brandon today.Wanted my CC Info,i said what pay for leads,and work..No.. Now had he said we take x amount from completed job) client work i'd said yes.Not putting money up to get work irs against my better judgement.
